According to Cosmopolitan, this diet is called the 7-Day Color Diet or, as we like to call it, the rainbow diet. Christina reportedly ate one color per day. This means she started with white, followed by red, then green, orange, purple, yellow, and then finished the diet by combining all the colors in one day.

Christina María Aguilera (born December 18, 1980) is an American singer, songwriter, actress, dancer, and record producer.
